Principle 01
Data Minimization
CASH85 is designed to process only the information reasonably needed to operate its public website, non-custodial wallet features and optional community tools.

Privacy · Transparency · User Control
Your wallet remains yours.
Your participation stays optional.
This Policy explains how information may be processed when you visit the CASH85 website, connect a wallet or use an optional community feature.
Principle 01
CASH85 is designed to process only the information reasonably needed to operate its public website, non-custodial wallet features and optional community tools.
Principle 02
The website does not request or store seed phrases or private keys. Wallet connections are handled through third-party wallet infrastructure selected by the user.
Principle 03
Wallet addresses, balances and transactions recorded on a public blockchain are publicly accessible. CASH85 does not control, erase or make private information written to the blockchain.
Principle 04
Community map participation is opt-in. A connected holder may choose whether an approximate country or region is displayed after launch and supported integration.
Principle 05
The holder map is not designed to display precise coordinates, street addresses or an individual wallet’s exact physical location. Map information is aggregated and approximate.
Principle 06
Where an optional off-chain profile or map entry exists, the website will provide a signed-wallet removal process when the supporting indexer and data service are operational.

Holder Map Privacy
The holder map is designed to show broad community distribution, not individual physical locations. It does not use IP addresses to determine a holder’s map location and does not publish wallet addresses, precise coordinates or street-level information.
Storage and Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including security, diagnostics, legal compliance and dispute handling. Browser preferences may remain on your device until you clear them. Public blockchain records remain available according to the operation of the relevant network and cannot be deleted by CASH85.
Third-Party Providers
Wallet connectors, hosting providers, RPC services, blockchain explorers, analytics tools and market-data providers may process information under their own privacy policies. CASH85 does not control their independent processing. Review their terms before using a connected service.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning off-chain personal information, including requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. A request may require reasonable verification. For wallet-linked community data, a signed message may be used to confirm that the requester controls the relevant wallet. These rights do not enable CASH85 to alter or erase public blockchain records.
